We build the facility, self-perform the mechanical and electrical, and can generate the power on site. That is three vendors collapsed into one accountable party.
The constraint
Getting a data center to energized is now the hardest part of building one. Utility timelines, transformer lead times, and water availability all sit outside a traditional general contractor's control.
Owning the generation scope moves the largest schedule risk inside the company that is already accountable for the building.
