A Master Mechanical and Master Plumbing Qualifier with deep specialization prefabrication HVAC and in direct-to-chip cooling and liquid cooling architectures, Jerry has spent his career solving engineering challenges that define competitive advantage in hyperscale data centers.

Jerry's approach combines world class engineering discipline with practical problem-solving. Jerry believes in efficient outcomes and eliminating complexity through planning and design excellence. Ken Berg is the engineer you call when precision is non-negotiable and accountability matters most. A licensed Professional Engineer in Utah since 2003, Ken brings over two decades of civil and environmental engineering mastery to the table, serving a diverse roster of private developers, municipalities, school districts, and public agencies. He has built a reputation not just for technical accuracy, but for transparency and steady communication that keeps stakeholders confident at every turn.

Ken is particularly renowned for his expertise in complex receiverships, where he steps in to verify project status, review entitlements, and uncover the "true position" of a development, often resolving unresolved engineering issues that others missed. Backed by both Master’s & Undergraduate degrees in civil & environmental engineering from Utah State University. Ken combines high-level technical analysis with practical, on-the-ground problem solving.
