Markets

Built to a federal standard, contracted through a faster path.

Federal work rewards two things: the ability to deliver a hardened, documented, mission critical facility, and a contracting pathway that does not take eighteen months to award.

We are structured for both.

The constraint

Federal contracting officers are managing schedule pressure against an acquisition process that is not built for speed. Full and open competition on a mission critical facility can consume more calendar time than the construction itself.

Sole source authority, where it applies, is the single largest schedule lever available to a contracting officer. It is also the part of our platform that is hardest for a competitor to replicate.

Service branches

Built for the armed services.

Work delivered for the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard, contracted and inspected through the Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC, and the services' own shore commands.

Contracting pathways

Ber Wilson's ownership structure supports sole source contracting pathways available to Native Hawaiian Organization owned and affiliated entities. Where those authorities apply, a contracting officer can award directly rather than running a full and open competition.

This is a genuine structural advantage and it is the thing we lead with in federal conversations, because it compresses award timelines rather than construction schedules.
